Can I change the lighting effect of the keyboard?

This wireless keyboard can light up the backlight with 3 levels of brightness and the backlight can be switched to breathing mode.

Do the letters glow?

The letters and the edges of the keys are illuminated.

How to solve the problem that the keyboard does not connect to the device or the LED does not light up?

Turn off the keyboard. Unplug the receiver(necessary), then press ESC+Q and hold for 3 seconds(The indicator lights start to show a flash light).

Reinsert the receiver and wait for 3 seconds, the indicator light goes off later.

Now you can click any key to awake it up(you can also turn the backlight on to test it).

How long does it work on a full charge?

Normally it takes 5 hours for a full charge (Note: Please fully charge it for the first time use) The keyboard can work for 750 hours and the mouse can work for 200 hours. 365 days standby time.

I bought this back in April. (Its not the end of June) My "N" key started sticking and I reached out to the customer service people- they were very helpful and gave me some things to check, once I did, we determined that Ill need a replacement key- which they are shipping to me free of charge. I love this keyboard the battery lasts a long time- I work from home- 9 hour days so it is used alot!!! Its super sturdy and i love the backlight. The mouse is nice and quiet and also gives you the option for backlight- battery is great on that too. Update: I was sent (very quickly) a whole new keyboard and mouse- I thought I was just getting a letter replacement lol but Ill take it- I appreciate thie quickness with which I received it as well- great company, great product! Highly recommend!

This is exactly what I was looking for. A quiet wireless RGB keyboard and mouse with a SCREEN LOCK BUTTON. The lock button seems to be hard to find on these. I work from home early in the morning and sometimes at night. I don't like using regular lights or lamps. So, I wanted something that lights up and gives off minimal light so I can see my keyboard and mouse. This keyboard also has a sleep button to lock the screen which for WFH employees. Especially those of us working in industries dealing with sensitive information. In addition, it has a wake button to unlock the screen for you to log back in. I thought that was a nice surprise. And last but not least, you don't have to use the blue tooth feature. It comes with one USB 3.0 receiver that works for both the keyboard and the mouse simultaneously. It also has a USB C adapter. So, if you don't have a USB 3.0 outlet on your computer, you can plug the USB 3.0 receiver into the USB C adapter. Then plug the adapter into your USB C outlet on your computer. If you don't like those options, then you can use the Bluetooth feature instead. This product was well thought out. I am very satisfied. Thank you!

Charge holds well, I work from home. Quick to charge and you know when the mouse is going because it gets slow and glitchy. I like that I can still use them while they charge. Keyboard is quiet
