Do the letters glow?

The letters and the edges of the keys are illuminated.

How to solve the problem that the keyboard does not connect to the device or the LED does not light up?

Turn off the keyboard. Unplug the receiver(necessary), then press ESC+Q and hold for 3 seconds(The indicator lights start to show a flash light).

Reinsert the receiver and wait for 3 seconds, the indicator light goes off later.

Now you can click any key to awake it up(you can also turn the backlight on to test it).

How long does it work on a full charge?

Normally it takes 5 hours for a full charge (Note: Please fully charge it for the first time use) The keyboard can work for 750 hours and the mouse can work for 200 hours. 365 days standby time.

December 18, 2022 The keyboard keys and size are perfect for anyone looking for a smooth touch and standard spacing. However, the internal rechargeable battery in the keyboard didn’t even live for a full year before it no longer holds a charge. That makes this keyboard a odd paperweight now because you can’t have the charging wire plugged into your computer’s USB to even make it a “wired” keyboard. I recommend going with a wireless combo that you can add/remove the batteries.

October 20, 2023 I am very pleasantly surprised by this keyboard and mouse. Very comfortable to work with. My hands are not nearly as sore as they were with the last keyboard. The battery seems to last a good, long time. I may buy another for my son's laptop. Definitely recommend.

October 12, 2022 I’ve been using it for 3 days (8hrs each day) and works perfectly fine, battery is still good! I do turn it off after work, and I have no issues connecting it when I turn it back on. Highly recommend it!

October 13, 2021 The keyboard and mouse are very basic in their design and feel. The real advantage is I only charge them up every few weeks for a an hour or 2 and I'm good for a month. The mouse automatically goes to sleep if inactive for a minute or 2. Only complaint, the on/off switch on mouse very difficult to use.
