I needed a quick replacement for my gaming keyboard (rip) that I accidentally killed due to a glass of water I left out that my cat knocked over. I had to save up for a better one so I ordered this one in a pinch. Based on the other reviews I didn't expect it to last as long as it did, technically it still works but the keys most used had all the black finish wear off, and some of the WASD keys wore out and needed a lil extra pressure to engage. If you just need a placeholder functional keyboard until you can afford something better, this one will get the job done. I ended up using it for almost a year before I gave in and plugged in my upgrade.

I needed a back lit keyboard for my dungeon office since I work nights. I looked at far more expensive back lit keyboards and took a chance in this because of the price. It works great, I can see the keys great at night and it didn’t cost an arm and a leg. I will say it is very loud on key strokes so if that bothers you keep that in mind. 10 out of 10 for a cheap light up keyboard

Some of the keys squeak a bit but the colors are pretty. It's bright enough I can see they keys before sunrise but does not blind me. And it feels sturdy. Plus, the buttons are lifted so no dust bunnies or keyboard crumbs.
