1.Lights is not bright;

2.Only some of the lights are illuminated.

Reason:

b.After disconnecting and reconnecting multiple times, the OS has repeated signals, and the device's driver cannot match the operating system.

Solution:

B. Fastly connect the computer to the network, then connect the keyboard, wait for the desktop notification bar to appear "the driver installation is complete", and then keyboard can be used normally;

The media could not be loaded. Update: after contacting the sellers they have sent me a replacement switch kit and it works now thank you. ======================================================================================== Edit: After using the Keyboard for three months, the 1 key and / key barely actuates, i have to slam the keys down to get it to type anything, and sometimes when I do that it still does not actuate. I have contacted the seller and they are telling me to replace them on my own instead of sending a replacement. If you are looking for a keyboard that is cheap and mechanical do not go for this one as it will just last 2 or 3 months outside of the return window leaving you empty handed. FYI I have kept my keyboard also clean so there is no way for dust to be the issue just bad quality checking. Original Review: This is an amazing mechanical keyboard. Its switches are really clicky and the feeling is amazing. It also has many lighting Effect.

Lights work very well and are easy to turn on and off. The keyboard and mouse had no connection issues. The keyboard and mouse is compact and do not take up that much space on my standard sized desk. There is some weird spots of paint where it looks like paint is missing, if that bothers you. The keyboard is build well.

This is a great cheap mechanical keyboard, and this isn't a bad thing. It is stable, has some weight so it doesn't slide around, great lighting (but I do wish there was an option for mono-lighting). The rainbow effect was throwing me off with so many different colors per row. However, I got used to it. It clicks and clacks, and I think I'm going to purchase some brown or red switches to quiet them down. Love the option that I can do that. Yes, I know, for the total cost, I could have just gotten a brown switch keyboard. However, that is just something to think about, and the real reason I got this is that it's low cost, mechanical, and has dedicated volume controls. Why loud is on the left, and quiet is on the right side of each other is perplexing. Another odd thing is that I want all the LEDs to light up, however, only lights up when CAPS lock, NUM lock are on, and Windows button is disabled will they light up. I can understand CAPS lock and Num lock, but if one wishes to have Windows button enabled, won't it be on and not off? Oh well, not a deal breaker. Especially at this price point. Will update if run into any issues.

I spilt water on my keyboard and needed a new one and I was actually pretty excited to buy a new keyboard because I go to school full time online and I work from home so it will get a lot of use. There were a lot of keyboards within the $20-50 dollar range, some looked like they were more so for comfort and some looked more so for gaming. I wanted a comfort one but they were on the more expensive side and I didn't like the way the keys were set up on them. I liked the colors that gaming keyboards had though and my boyfriend is a BIG online gamer and often plays at my house so I thought a gaming keyboard would be a great fit for the both of us. I WAS RIGHT!! He is obsessed with my keyboard now, and loves all the gaming and light features that this keyboard offers, and I am OBSESSED with the way that it types!! None of the keys stick together, each key is very “defined” so my hands rest very nicely on them without confusing letters and/or pressing the wrong keys. The keyboard is a little loud when typing, but for me that’s not an issue and I actually love the way that it sounds!! I type faster with this keyboard and it makes me want to use my computer more!! I will say though, one thing I am a little disappointed about is the slip mat that comes with it. It says “non-slip” but it doesn’t truly connect with the keyboard and is constantly falling off or making the keyboard lopsided. But since that is technically separate from the actual keyboard... I still give the keyboard itself 5 stars.
